PLM(構想、設計、製造準備、生産、アフターサービス)に関連する実業務知識を持ち、お客様の業務分析を実施し的確なコンサルテーションを行います。
戦略コンサルタント、あるいは業務コンサルタントとして、業務プロセス改革や適用業務アプリケーション開発プロジェクトに参画していただきます。


-Have knowledgeabout PLM( Concept, Design, Production preparations,Production, After-sale service)
-Analyze business process of customer and perform preciseconsultation.
-Participate in the project as a strategic consultant or duties consultant.
-Bring the project ,that is a business process reorganize or application system development, to a successful conclusion.

- Have a stronger sense of professionalism.
- Listen carefully and can understand precisely what the customer want to tell.
- Be able to work with members in project team.
- Be able to lead a team member to achieve .
- Be able to think what customer should do from the customer point ofview.
- Be able to give good solution for a customer.
- Have the skill of product design-related job or understand the production development job.
- There is a skill about PLM.
- Have the experience of consultation or the system integration for the manufacturing industry in the past.
- Have a skill of job with 3D data.
- A 3D tool (it is desirable to have knowledge about CATIA,.)
- It is desirable to have a car design, duties experience of the production.

-チームで仕事ができること。
-主体的にチームをリードして業務を遂行することができる。
-お客様のご要望に対して、お客様の立場に立って考えることができ、 お客様にとって有益な解決
策をご提示できる。
-製品設計業務のスキルを持っている、あるいは業務内容を理解している。
-PLMに関するスキルがある。
-過去に、製造業のお客様に対するコンサルテーション、あるいはシステムインテグレーションの経
験がある。
-３Dデータを活用した業務に対するスキルを持っている。
-３Dツール（CATIA,Delmia,Technomatix)に関する知識を持っていることが望ましい。
-自動車設計、生産の業務経験を持っていることが望ましい。
