MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage various post sales phases of outsourcing programs (Transition, Migration and End-State)
-Report to the LCM Program Director and/or the LCM Lead Program Manager.
-Responsible for the success of the post-sales phase of the outsourcing program(s) in applicable region.
JOB TASKS
-Manage day-to-day relationship with the customer, Sourcing/Procurement, and third-party vendors.
-Be the escalation point of contact for major customer service issues.
-Review with the customer and the LARGE PROJECTS LCM Program Administrator any billing issues.
-Ensure compliance with Quality and Service Level Agreement Targets.
REQUIRED
-Good knowledge, global visibility and understanding of organisation and processes.
-Strong skills and experience in Program/Project Management and Service Management in International environments (global service implementation, telecommunication service delivery and operations, etc.).
-General knowledge and understanding about product and technology in areas offered on Telecommunications Outsourcing deals solution (data, voice, LAN, IPVPN, PABX, mobiles, voice applications).
