The top selling consumer goods company is currently looking for a Sales Account Representative responsible for the achievement of sales numbers by maximizing the distribution of the product in key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
<Strategy Execution>
・ In charge of 4-5 accounts and 1-2 distributors.
・ Execute annual account business plans that in line with the sales strategy developed by sales director
・ Execute various measures that maximize distribution in each account
・ Execute various measures that maximize customer’s sales in line with the knowledge of the category management
・ Gather customer/market information in a timely manner and effectively utilize it for sales practice
・ Find out various problems in the sales force, and propose the solutions to Sales Manager.
<Customer Relationship>
・ Manage effective relationships with key customers in order to strengthen company’s position/presence in the account. (Construct the relation to the person at a position the manager or anymore)
・ Monitor customer satisfaction level proactively establish “consultative” relationships with key customers.
・ Directly responsible for the achievement of the individual sales numbers and of the group sales target.

Skills and Experiences:
・ 3-5 years experience in FMCG sales and/or marketing
・ In depth experience in FMCG sales activities
・ In depth experience in FMCG sales force management
・ In depth knowledge in FMCG distribution
・ In depth knowledge of category management
・ Strong leadership skill(able to influence)
・ Sales and presentation skills
