Our client, based in the UK, is one of the largest Financial Services Organization operating in Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa and USA, holding US$2,150billion of assets as of June 2007.

They are currently looking for the Head of Corporate Real Estate to manage corporate offices and to expand the Retail Banking Business.
The candidate will be responsible overseeing the whole process to expand branch offices within the next few years. You will be reporting to the COO as well as be responsible to build up your own team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Large-scale Capital Projects
- Negotiate with vendors/in-house/outsourcing
- Budget planning
- Manage/build the team

- Good knowledge of the Japan real estate market
- Experience in running large scale corporate real estate projects
- Experience in managing and working with corporate real estate outsourcing agencies
- Experience in property leasing and rental, and identifying good locations for new office and retail outlets
- Bilingual (Native Japanese / Advanced English)
