One of our International clients operating in the Pharmaceutical/Medical industry is currently looking to recruit a System Engineer to work in a development team of 8 people. In charge of Application design, building web sites, implementing and coding applications along with leading projects.

A good opportunity to work in an International environment, through discussion with international team members, you can learn the cutting-edge technologies together, demonstrating your system engineering skills. You can gain not only technical point of view but also ability to propose and implement system development, considering ROI relationship with the business operations.

This position is for an internal system which allows you to improve it with continuity, along with great freedom of choice and the ability to implement new technologies.

Skill, knowledge and career pass that you can gain from this job
・ Spring 2, Ruby on Rails, and Python for production of website
・ You can gain not only technical point of view but also ability to
propose and implement system development, considering ROI and
relationship with business side.
・ You can have broad exp from definition of requirements,
design/development and operation

REQUIREMENTS

MUST
・ Around 25 - 40 yeas old
・ 3 yrs + exp in SW development
・ Programming exp in JAVA or C#
・ Exp in development with Linux and UNIX environment
・ Knowledge and exp in Web and database
・ Japanese proficiency, business level. (Foreigners who is good at
Japanese are OK, too)
・ Estimated salary: 4 - 12mil (depend on your exp and skill)

DESIRABLE
・ Exp in definition of requirements from users’ hearing
・ Programming exp with JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, Python and Perl
・ Development exp with Spring, Hibernate, iBATIS, Struts, XML, XSLT,
AJAX, Ruby on Rails, and Scrum/agile
・ English proficiency enough to read and write
・ Exp in participate in open source project

・ Communication skills, commitment to work, and activeness
・ Positive attitude and love challenge
・ Attention to details and motivation to create better systems
・ Motivation to learn and absorb the latest technologies
・ Motivation to achieve the job from upstream operation to
implementation/releasing at a fast-growing network company which
