A leading asset management company with a global presence is seeking a Business Analysis Consultant in Tokyo. Providing solutions to any business / application problems to work with a client on identifying and implementing a new system.


Business Analysis Consultant provides an advisory service and helps clients to assess their systems and processes. The consultant is required to provide the best solutions to enhance client’s productivity.

The consultant needs to be an excellent problem solver, solution provider, to any business / application problems to enhance the productivity of clients

Minimize the risk, work with a client, identify and implement a new system. Identifying the requirements, turning them into a functional specification, and successfully implementing across the business.

The consultant needs to have a wide range of IT related knowledge to provide solutions, would be working with IT Systems people.

Identifying the core requirements, service standards, designing the appropriate processes and structure.

Project management skills required. Including, preparation and documentation of projects, preparation of functional design and specs.

Monitoring the performance and progress of project the consultant is responsible, providing timely feedback.

Maintaining positive relationships with clients, reporting project status accurately to the department head.

At least 1 - 3 years of experience in consulting or system design.

Experience in managing projects, results-driven, and must have professional attitude and business idea.

Business level Japanese language skills are required. (Speaking & Writting) English proficiency is recommended.

Accounting experience would be a plus, but not mandatory.
