Commercial Leadership Program

Talent development program, helps growth and development of exceptional talent through a dynamic sales curriculum that promotes the specialized knowledge and skills inherent to future sales leaders.

Members can harness their outstanding communication, leadership, and technical skills to develop and demonstrate an understanding of quality customer partnerships.

Program graduates master the ability to provide wing-to-wing solutions and add value for the company & customers.

Offers three to four six-month rotational assignments, advanced sales training, business and leadership courses, mentoring and career planning during two years.

-Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
-1-2years working experience in Energy or Heavy industry.
