■Developing new business directly with customers in Europe including Germany
■Monitoring technical innovation
■Dealing effectively with customer complaints
■Establishing customers future technical needs and requirements, close contact and coordination with our R&D in Japan and technical service laboratory in The Netherlands
■Implementation of their products at first and second tier suppliers as well as OEM’s in the automotive industry, mainly in Germany

■chemistry or engineering degree, preferably rubber technology
■fluent in german and english
■driving license in EU
■familiar with modern IT-communication systems
■travelling to overseas
