Duties: general admin support, including phone coverage,
appointment scheduling, meeting coordination,
making travel arrangements, managing expenses.
organizing mulitple calendars, filing, paper flow
management, supporting reviews of expense reports.
supporting materials for regulatory inspection and
finance/tax audits.


Requirements: 2-year sec’y/assistant epxerience required /

＜マイケル　ギリオーニ経歴＞
1978年、ゴンザガ大学にインターナショナル・スチューデント・プログラム事務局を設立、3年間局長を務める。在職中、同大にイングリッシュ・ランゲージ・センターを設置、同センターは現在も好調な運営を続けている。アラスカ・パシフィック大学の入試課長などを経て、88年、東京インターナショナル・ビジネス・センター(株)を設立。以来、100社以上の外資系企業が新規日本法人を設立するにあたり、協力を続けてきた。中でも、米国CISCO SYSTEMSは、92年の日本法人設立に際し、業務補助を同センターに依頼、日本市場参入に於いて最初の成功を収めている。97年、日本で最初の著書『履歴書と面接の英語』(アルク)を出版。8刷を重ね、Amazon.co.jpの英文履歴書カテゴリーにおいて、常に上位にランクされる。外資系企業就職の関連雑誌には、多数の執筆記事が掲載されており、その一つに外資系企業社長のインタビュー・シリーズがある。また、就職活動や効率的な業務遂行に関する講演を日米両国で精力的に開催している。01年、キャリア・ジャパンセンター(株)を設立
