職務内容

・ 顧客との契約の中で決められているKey Performance Indicator(KPI)の目標を達成するために、ロジスティクスベンダーのコントロール、プロセス管理などを行い、既存顧客とのビジネスを常に高い品質で遂行していく
・ 既存顧客に対して、サービスパフォーマンスや、コスト削減結果などのデータを管理、報告などを行い、さらなる品質改善案を提案する
・ ロジスティクスベンダー等に対して、できる限り高いパフォーマンスを求め、ベンダーとともに高い品質を生み出していく

希望条件　（必須条件）

・ マトリックス組織、様々な関係部署と関わりのある仕事を3年以上経験している方
・ ロジスティクスオペレーションの経験や、カスタマーサービスマネージャー、スーパーバイザーなどの経験をお持ちの方
・ ベンダーコントロールなど、価格交渉などのご経験がある方
・ ロジスティクス、サプライチェーンマネージメントについての知識があれば尚可
・ データ集計などに強みをお持ちの方
