Records Management

- Implementation of records management policies intended to standardize retention, storage, protection, and retrieval of corporate records, reports, and other information.

- Coordinate compliance, through business and functional leaders, activities of departments responsible for records management.

- Evaluate program reports, utilizing knowledge of principles of records and information management, related recordkeeping requirements, and organizational objectives.

- Validate and manage compliance with policies, procedures, and practices of records management program.

- Take responsibility for activities related to the storage, maintenance, and security of quality records.

- Maintain filing and storage area for all quality records.

- Manage off-site records including coordination with other departments regarding off-site storage needs.

- Support of records related issues during internal and external audits.

- Maintain and expand, as needed, the global corporate records retention schedule

- Conduct or coordinate legal research necessary to determine retention requirements

- Special projects as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Records Management and Compliance; Master’s Degree is preferred
- 4+ years of specific experience in records compliance issues within a manufacturing company.
- Experience within an international environment
- Strong leadership, analytical, verbal and written communication
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and to make decisions.
- Professional manner and appearance.
