職務内容

・ ハイテク関連、保守部品、ファッション、アパレルロジスティクスオペレーション等、担当顧客の商品に関するロジスティクスに関するマネージメントを行い、顧客に対して満足いただけるサービスを提供する
・ 顧客の要求に対応でき、常に顧客に対してのコミットメントの高いチームを作る
・ 月次報告書、財務状況報告書などを作成し、経営陣に対して、ビジネス状況の報告を行う
・ KPI (業務指標値)の結果を週ごとにレポーティングする
・ 戦略的に会社全体で取り組むべき課題などを報告する
・ 潜在的な利益に結びつくビジネスを、既存オペレーションから見つけ、開拓する
・ コスト意識を常に身につけ、より質の高いオペレーションを提供できるような組織を作る
・ 世界的にケーススタディになるような、オペレーションを提供する
・ 次世代リーダーを育てる

希望条件　（必須条件）

・ 大学卒業以上（あればなお可）
・ ロジスティクス、ＳＣＭ分野に関する経験
・ 大規模倉庫オペレーションマネジメントの経験
・ 倉庫オペレーションに関する知識
・ 一般消費財、ブランド品、保守部品、ハイテク製品に関するロジスティクス知識（あればなお可）
