- Assist the CIO for developing an IT strategy which keeps consistency with corporate strategy.
- Plan, execute and maintain an architecture model as a reference model which will be the core of IT .
- Communicate effectively in order to realize optimized solutions for both the global standard, and uniqueness of Japanese market.
-Develop evaluation KPI for checking achievement level of IT strategy, and develop monitoring and action plans in collaboration with the CIO and the IT Operation Director.
-Develop IT strategies which should be achieved from the mid-term viewpoint.
-Develop a career track for IT human resources while keeping consistency with sourcing strategy as well as develop a human resource development model.
-Establish processes of hiring, skill development and knowledge sharing.

-Over 10 years of experience in information system related business.
-Experience of managing a team more than 50 people.
-Consultant firm experience.
-Actual experience in global level information system related business in a global environment.
-Experience developing frameworks for calculating effects of IT investment.
-Experience developing, implementing and operating career tracks and human development plans for IT department more than 100 people.
-Experience as a project manager for big scale projects.
-Comprehensive relationship with various partners and vendors.
-Knowledge and experience of IT project accounting/business investment accounting and finance.
