Hays Japan has ambitious expansion plans, and is looking for a highly motivated Senior recruitment professional to join Japan’s fastest growing specialist recruiting firm as either Team Leader or Senior Consultant in our rapidly growing Banking - Front Office team.

The ideal candidate will have:
・ 3 or more years of recruitment experience, preferably in the Finance or Banking area (although those with other market specialisms will also be considered);
・ a track record of consistent success in filling challenging positions;
・ strong account management skills;
・ an appetite for sales;
・ potential and drive to take on more responsibility and move up within the organisation over time.
