Purchasing Manager
-Engage business leaders to review and identify business requirements around service quality and
organizational objectives.

Regional Purchasing Manager　　（Dotted: Managing Director, CFO）

Non-Production Purchasing - APJ
-Must have strategic sourcing or project management exposure in at least three of the direct commodities:
telecommunications, marketing, HR related services, technical services, maintenance services, technology
hardware, or application software.
-Must have a bachelor degree, or CPM or PMP certified; MBA is preferred but not a must.
-Must be mature, ethnical, result oriented, and be able to work with commodity manager and peers in a
remote environment.
-Must have good oral and written communication skills, in both English and Japanese.

-Minimum 8 years purchasing experience gained in a multinational and multi-cultural environment.
-Manage Japan’s annual spend of US$40m in a non-production environment.
-Ensure compliance to policies and procedures along the procure-to-pay process.
-Responsible for the strategic sourcing for a wide range of indirect spend across the areas of
telecommunications, marketing, consulting, maintenance, facilities and other commodities/services.
