My client, a global leader in the food industry, is now looking for a Manager of Quality Service who is able to ensure quality and food safety management, crisis management and consumer care and to promote business processes through below responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities :
-Implement lacking quality management and improve existing quality management
-Supporting factory and other related departments : global quality team, consumer care team
-Animating crisis management on demand by following the corporate procedures
-Being responsible for consumer care team : Influence to solve difficult issues with consumers
-Developing and keeping close relationship with authorities, external agents and law firm
-Coordinate business process development based on the Corporate Operating Model
-Organizing trainings for people in related departments
-Implementing audits internally and externally
-Play a key role in crisis management

Skills :
・ Knowledge of quality and food safety management such as HACCP and ISO
・ Experience to coordinate and implement quality management process in practice
-Experience to liaise with authorities
-Knowledge of risk/crisis management
-Process analysis to promote business processes required for corporate organization
-Management ability to be directive and to align people and organization to solve problems
-Project management to transversally animate and accomplish it by aligning people and organization
-Result-oriented, proactive, discipline, strong sense of responsibility
