・ウェブサイト関連ビジネス部門と綿密に連絡を採り、法的問題の解決や取引先との交渉
・複数のビジネスチームへの法的カウンセリング
・標準的な契約書から複雑な重要契約書の作成、交渉、アドバイスを行い、既存のクライアントとの間に起こる法的問題に対処する。
・広告、促販、マーケティングやプロセス及びコンプライアンスに関する法的レビューを行う。
・法務チームの一員としてコンプライアンス推進にあたり、プロセス改善やトレーニングを計画し実施する。
・グローバル法務チームおよび外部弁護士と緊密に連携をとる。

・多国籍企業あるいは多言語の環境における5年以上の企業内法務経験
・国際法律事務所あるいは外資系法律事務所での勤務経験があれば尚可
・消費財製造、Ｅコマースあるいは小売業界の経験があれば望ましい
・商法に関する知識、特に、国内及び国際商取引に関する知識必須
・知的財産関連（特に著作権および商標）の知識があれば尚可
・日本語・英語での契約作成および交渉の経験が豊富であること
・広告、マーケティング、販促でのコンプライアンスチェック経験があれば尚可
・ビジネスプロセスを分析・評価・問題点を指摘し、解決策を提案・実施できる
・日本語・英語での高いコミュニケーション能力（法律用語を含む）
・日本の大学で法学士以上、日本あるいは海外での法科大学院修士号があれば望ましい

Our recruitment business is categorised as specialist/professional. From Hong Kong we also service our clients in the PRC and Korea, whilst Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia are serviced from Singapore. This enables us to deliver a total recruitment solution to regional team building in our clients’ key locations. We offer in-depth coverage from each office with a premium personalised consultancy service acting for international law firms, leading American and European investment banks and other employers of choice across all sectors of industry and commerce. For candidates, there is no charge for the services that we provide.

We operate three separate and highly specialised divisions:

Our Private Practice Division services the full spectrum of law firms sourcing qualified lawyers (both local and overseas admitted) at all levels from associates through to partners, also practice support lawyers, paralegals and business services positions.

Our Corporate Division services both domestic and international companies sourcing qualified lawyers (both local and overseas admitted) at all levels from Legal Counsels through to Regional General Counsels, corporate compliance officers, company secretaries and commercial/contract managers.

Our Banking & Finance Division services the full financial services industry from bulge bracket investment banks to retail banks and fund managers and is responsible for the recruitment of financial services executives, lawyers (both local and overseas admitted) at all levels from Legal Counsels through to Regional General Counsels, compliance officers at all levels from junior compliance officers up to Regional Heads of Compliance, also documentation officers, paralegals and mid-office personnel positions.
