An important member of the leadership team of Japan’s premier international PR agency, the Account
Manager’s duties would be focused on serving the communications requirements of Edelman’s expanding
community of one the following practice areas: Healthcare, IT, Consumer or Finance.

-PRエージェンシーでの職務経験
-上級管理職レベルの方にアドバイスをする能力

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, ambitious and motivated by a clear connection between achievement and reward. This individual needs to be interested in a career-making challenge that would put her/him on the global map in one of the world’s great PR firms (and the only one of the top five not owned by an advertising conglomerate, meaning freedom to practice PR in its most state-of-the-art modern form).

Drawing upon years of current or recent PR agency experience (serving pharmaceutical clients), the ideal candidate must have the ability to advise world-scale clients at senior (up to c-suite) level. A strong presenter with excellent writing skills, Edelman seeks someone who values excellence in client service above
all else and would take pride in working for a PR firm that competes on quality more than price.

Finally, familiarity with at least most of the following Edelman services is key: media relations and publicity; corporate image development and reputation management; crisis and issues management; media training; product launches and brand-building; marketing & purchaser behavior communications; public awareness,
consumer education and word-of-mouth campaigns; stakeholder and KOL relations; Web 2.0, Corporate Social Responsibility programs; internal communications and employee engagement; media monitoring,
research, and analysis; plus, communications strategy development/creative ideation and PR planning.
