エイラシステムでは故障などが発生した場合でも、エンジニアがそのユーザー先まで赴き修理を行うオンサイトサービスに加え、社内の経験豊かなエンジニアが小・中規模企業に対し、IT統合サービスを提供します。このサービスは主に遠隔サポートから構成され、電話等の呼び出しによるオンサイトサポートにより補足されます。
提供可能なサービスは以下の通りになります。

・ サイト調査及びシステムドキュメンテーション
・ ハードウェア、ソフトウェア調達
・ ネットワーク設計及びインプリメンテーション
・ サーバーインストール、コンフィギュレーション及びテスト
・ クライアントワークステーションのインストール、コンフィギュレーション及びテスト
・ Eメール及びネットワークファックスソフトウェアのインストール
・ セキュリティーソリューション（ファイアーウォール／暗号化カード）インストール及びテスト
このポジションはチームの一員として、東京を拠点に活動しているクライアントに対し、デスクトップPC、Microsoft Office及び金融分野アプリケーションのトラブルシューティング、また一般的なネットワークトラブルサポート等を含む広範囲なWindows環境におけるサポートに従事いただき、経験を積んでいただきます。

このポジションの大きな役割はカスタマーマネジメント、そしてオンゴーイングのメンテナンスです。常に監督されていない状況下でも不安を感じることなく働くことができる能力、また自ら業務課題を発見し、業務に優先順位をつける能力が求められます。


In addition to our on-site support services, EIRE Systems’ in-house engineers also provide an integrated support product for small to medium sized companies. It consists primarily of baseline remote support, supplemented by follow up on-site services available on a per-call basis. Available services include:

・ Site surveys and systems documentation
・ Hardware and software procurement
・ Network design and implementation
・ Server installation, configuration and testing
・ Client workstation installation, configuration and testing
・ Email and network faxing software installation
・ Security solutions (firewalls/encryption cards) installation and testing


In this role you will work as part of a team in the Tokyo region, servicing Tokyo-based clients; and gain extensive experience supporting medium to large Windows environments, including troubleshooting of desktop PCs, Microsoft Office and financial applications, as well as general networking support issues.

A major challenge of the role is in the customer management and on-going maintenance. Your preference for and ability to work without constant supervision, as well as your excellent time management skills (i.e. identifying and prioritizing tasks) will be key to your success.

・相当のWindows XP/2000/NT 4及びPCハードウェア及びソフトウェア経験
・ネットワーク設計及びサポート関連諸問題の知識。優れたトラブルシューティングスキル
・Microsoft Office製品及びMicrosoft ExchangeまたはLotus Notesに関する充分な知識
・MCDST, MCSA, CCNAなどの資格があれば尚可
・流暢な日本語、英語

Desirable skills include the following:
・ Extensive Windows XP/2000/NT 4 and PC hardware and software experience.
・ Knowledge of network designs and support issues. Good troubleshooting skills.
・ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Notes.
・ Relevant industry certifications (i.e. MCDST, MCSA, CCNA) will add value to your application.

Language Skills
・ Fluency in Japanese with good English
