One of the world’s top financial and insurance companies is looking for a Master Black Belt to implement Six Sigma processes and improvement. This is a cross-divisional role that will deal with IT, HR, Sales Divisions, etc. in order to monitor and improve the company’s processes. Good communication skills are a must.

The role involves:

Working across divisions and teams to monitor and improve the daily processes from a customer satisfaction standpoint. This is a highly visible role that will involve interfacing with the whole company.

Requirements:

- 5+ years financial knowledge/industry experience
- Bilingual E/J
- Black Belt Certification
- 2-3 years experience implementing Six Sigma methodologies
