1. WAN Management
2. LAN Management
3. Voice Management
4. Hardware installation follow-up (Add/Modify/Delete for Network/Voice port, Telephony, Conferencing, Mobility, VPN with workflow tool
5. Incident Management (Monitoring, Troubleshoot, Report, Root Cause Analysis)
6. Project (Follow Change management process, Change execution, Local Support, Data Discovering)
7. Invoice Management for procurement items
8. Local Communication with client, Local service provider
9. Master Inventory and Logical/Physical Diagram (Site information, Directory, Hardware, Escalation contact, IP Address)
10. Based at Akishima, customer site. Covering Shinjuku and Atsugi site too.
11. Leveraging vendor at Hiroshima and Toyota and business trips occasionally

スキル・資格
Education Level
CCNA up, or equivalent skills is required
Working experience
3 + years experience in similar Network engineering position
Technical Knowledge / Skills
CCNP
Knowledge of network is necessary
Knowledge of, Cisco routing & switching. Troubleshooting skills.
Methodical troubleshooting skills.
Strong documentation abilities, including network diagramming and project planning.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work under pressure to time and budgetary constraints.
The successful applicant must be able to multitask effectively to manage multiple projects, problems, and/or tasks concurrently;
Must be a self-starter and be able to use own judgment/initiative to undertake activities with minimal supervision;
Must possess the ability to work alone or within a team environment.
Occasional after hours / weekends project work is required.
