Report Line: Professional Services, Regional Manager

Role:
・Pre-sales, technical support and implementation of IE, Intelligent Exchange, working closely together with the Channel Sales Team.
・Technical product presentation and Question and Answer. Technical support at client side for software implementation.
・Basic software customization using VB script
・50% Pre-sales, 50% implementation support.

Requirements:
・Software pre-sales and implementation experience.
・VB programming experience and Windows OS knowledge
・Understanding of Client Server technology (Network with up to 1000 clients)
・Basic understanding of SQL Server and TCP/IP, networking.
・Good communication skills in English and Japanese
・Good presentation skills
・Ability to read manual in English, also good listening and writing skills.
・Understanding of Documentum, Opentext, Oracle Contents DB, IBM Filenet, document management software, OCR (Optical Character Recognition) document scanning systems, Kofax solutions, FileNet, Documentum, or Ascent Capture software preferred .
