Role:
Function as the Director of IT Services Group (System Integration services, consulting)
Establish growth strategy for the division
Establish and maintain relationships with key people Clients
Create opportunities in IT Services Group for client companies
Offer IT Services Group to leading manufacturers in Japan
Manage profit and loss
Establish and grow revenue
Hire qualified people
In charge of a 15 to 25 people organization

Requirements:
Senior Manager or Director level experience with a major Software vendor or System Integrator (SAP, Oracle, Infor Global, SUN, HP, PTC, Unigraphix, etc. )
Strong career track record in Technical consulting and IT Services
Leadership
