Role:
Function as the Director of Business & Process Consulting Group
Establish growth strategy for the division
Establish and maintain relationships with key people with Clients
Create opportunities in Business & Process Consulting Group for client companies
Offer Business & Process consulting to leading manufacturers in Japan
Manage profit and loss
Establish and grow revenue
Hire qualified people
In charge of a 15 to 25 people organization

Requirements:
Senior Manager or Director level experience with a major Consulting firm (Accenture, IBM Business Consulting, ABeam, Bearingpoint, Zacatii...)
Strong career track record in Business & Process consulting
