Executive Search and Recruiting in Japan - TMC Japan

TMC Japan is currently searching for motivated Senior Consultants to join an elite team of recruitment consultants.
Ideal applicants should have 3yrs + back office/finance recruitment experience and currently reside in Tokyo with a valid working visa.


Senior Consultants must be well versed and confident in prospecting for new business by identifying client needs and assessing industry trends. Recruiting functions will include locating top talent, interviewing applicants and consulting with candidates on industry trends and opportunities. Senior Consultants will have the added responsibility of being a leader in the company.

Senior Consultants will report directly to management and are part of the TMC leadership team.

Position Responsibilities:


Instruct, lead and manage a small team of associate consultants


Assist with the hiring and training of new consultants


Work on special recruitment projects


Recruit and reactivate candidates with backgrounds in your area of expertise


Develop and perform recruitment activities to ensure a sufficient supply of quality candidates


Interview potential candidates (in person) and check references


Facilitate placements in any reasonable manner requested by client, including, but not limited to, scheduling interviews, preparing the candidate for the interview, negotiating compensation, and coaching the candidate through his/her resignation period at current employer


Market viable candidates to client companies for the purpose of setting up interviews


Develop new and creative ways to obtain additional business from present and prospective customers


Meet revenue targets


Prepare and submit various reports concerning activity as requested by management
