The main functions of this role are to provide communications with stakeholders, requirements gathering, facilitation, writing, business process improvement, testing and business case development.
Responsibilities:
 Define the product scope
 Work with the development team in the systems testing stage
 Ensure the solution is usable in the business environment
 Acquire information necessary to the definition of requirements
 Conduct a requirements information gathering session
 Write and validate a requirements document
・　Manage the changes to requirements
　Document through the SDLC (System/SW Development Lifecycle)
　Work with UML diagrams (Unified Modelling Language)
　Use process modelling in business diagramming
　Diagram and model business processes

Experience required in:
　Document SDLC (System/SW Development Lifecycle)
　Worked with UML diagrams
　Used process modelling in business diagramming
　Writing and validate requirements documentation
Business Interview techniques to acquire necessary information to define business requirements
　Worked with the development team’s in the systems/SW prototyping and testing stage
　Participated in information gathering sessions including interviewing, joint requirements definition, and Joint Application Design (JAD) workshops
　Management and monitoring of the users doing the acceptance testing, and recording, analyzing, and evaluating the results
