EIRE Systems is looking for a an experience individual and a team player to work with a highly skilled team to perform technical services as part of network/voice implementation support team for a US financial institution based in Tokyo.

*Liaison with network/voice/cabling vendors for project and operational needs.
*Liaison with engineer team to ensure new standards are adhered to
*Manage small to large network projects
*Design and implement network in accordance to standards and procedures
*Post implementation support and handover
*Conduct risk analysis for changes to production environment
*Implement preventive and corrective actions
*Troubleshoot and isolating network problem
*Morning support cover and weekend on-call coverage on rotation basis

Technical skill

*Familiarity with Cisco CallManager/CUCM 4.x or 5.x technology.
*Familiarity with Cisco IP CRS Solution
*Familiarity with Cisco Unified Application environment.
*Having Knowledge of PSTN, ISDN and Legacy Telephone systems.
*Familiarity with miscellaneous IP Voice protocols such as H323, MGCP , SIP etc.
*Familiarity with a variety of Network equipments such as Cisco switches & routers. Such as 28xx, 38xx, 7206, Catalyst 3750, 6509, etc.
*Familiarity with a legacy voice technology such as POTS etc.
*Familiarity with Multicast routing: PIM SM/DM, MSDP is helpful.
*Quality of Service: CBWFQ, WRED, WRR, etc.
*Familiarity with Cisco platforms: 28xx, 38xx, 7206, Catalyst 3750, 6509, etc.
*CCIE Voice or equivalent skill and knowledge.


Skills/experiences required

*English skill both verbal and written
*Strong interpersonal communication skill
*Strong report writing skill
*At least 5 years of experience installing, managing and configuring Cisco devices
*At least 3 years of experience with project management
*At least 5 years of experience in voice technology.
*Experience in problem resolution and troubleshooting

An advantage if the individual possesses the following skill sets:

*Japanese communication
*Network security accreditations
*Strong analytical skill
*Unix/Linux basics
