クライアント（募集企業）の変額年金募集ならびに代理店指導が適正かつ円滑に行われるよう、代理店制度に関し、次の立案・企画を行う

・募集人登録に関する各種方針、規定、マニュアルの策定および、これらに、社内外の調整と部下指導。
・募集コンプライアンス態勢の構築に関する各種方針、規定、マニュアルの策定および、これらに、社内外の調整と部下指導。

生命保険会社での募集コンプライアンスまたは生命保険代理店制度運営に関する業務経験３年以上（マネジメント経験があれば尚可）
・ 生命保険代理店チャネルにおける、募集コンプライアンスまたは代理店制度に関する全般の知識を有していること
