The Analyst/Associate level banker will be able to understand the conduct of business in the primary market, and will be asked to perform some OR all of these various tasks such as: valuation of target companies, making pitchbooks and giving presentations to clients, corporate financing strategizing and structuring, due diligence of transactions, origination/sourcing of M&A deals, underwriting IPO/Leverage Financing, and/or M&A consulting/negotiation/marketing.

The Senior level banker (VP/ED/MD) will be accomplished in all of the listed criteria and be able to manage big deals (M&A, Corp. Finance, etc.). Furthermore, he/she will be able to lead other bankers in executing these deals successfully and be able to manage others effectively.

Experience in Investment Banking is desired, but not required.
Business English is not required, but desired.
Fluent to Native Japanese is required.
