Responsibilities

 Day-to day custody operations for settlements and clearings of equities/convertible bonds in the Japan market
 Coordinate / communicate with internal and external clients and local settlement agents to support the equities/convertible bond businesses
 Advise clients, sales traders internally and externally, or locally and globally (HK/London/NY) via emails and phones on matching status and settlement problem
 Follow up and coordinate the resolution of trade settlement issues with clients, settlement agents and the front office
 Handling client inquiries

 BA or BS
 JSDA 2
 3-5 years relevant experience in Japanese Equities
 Relevant market/product knowledge and experience in handling the Japanese exchanges’ operations
 Good communication skill in English and Japanese
 Good analytical skill & be attentive to details
 PC skill - Excel / Word
 Independent with good initiative & team spirit, team player
 Capable to work under pressure
 Flexibility and self motivated
