主な業務内容：

投資信託の商品企画/選定と販促企画
→配属はアセットマネジメントグループになります。

具体的な業務内容；
・市場の環境分析、顧客ニーズ分析等に基づく商品企画
・グループ内の投信会社との協同によるファンド開発や仕入れ
・既存ファンドの定期モニタリング、パフォーマンス評価
・営業店向け販売サポート（営業資料作成や、販促ツールの企画など）

必要なスキルおよびコンピテンシー:
・投資信託の商品企画・運用・販促企画経験者
・ホールセラーの経験者
・ファンドマネージャーの経験者歓迎
