The Associate Consultant will initially be responsible for research and candidate development. Using proven Adept Group methodology for identifying key candidates in the market and approaching them to understand and assist in realization of career goals. Once candidate relationships are in place, the Associate Consultant will partner internally with client managers to facilitate placements into Adept Clients.
Through actual experience of partnering with client managers to make Adept Placements, the Associate Consultant will learn the placement process and depending on capacity can move into a client management role. The future of the Associate Consultant is dependent on the candidate’s ability to absorb and put into practice the placement process.

Skills required for the job can be taught and are therefore not necessarily required.
What is most critical is the experience of achieving success through self motivation, sacrifice and possessing a strong sales/business sense.
If you feel that you have this sense and are self driven, motivated, we would like to talk with you regardless your background.
We do require a strong desire to enjoy working with people and a long term goal to stay in Japan.
Business Level Japanese is desired, but not required.
