1. Business Partner for Fab Manufacturing leadership team, all located in Aizu-wakamatsu Japan. Must apply experience, judgment and influence to drive business decisions. High degree of involvement in decision-making process that will directly impact the business.
2. Work closely with Fab operations to identify and drive cost reductions, improved equipment utilization and labor productivity.
3. Help Fab Finance team maintain and improve standard and actual cost systems. Foster improved understanding of wafer cost throughout the organization.
4. Facilitate and strengthen communications and business relationship between manufacturing and business units.
5. Show understanding and fortitude to proactively execute fiduciary responsibility for the organization’s resources (such as headcount, fixed assets and spending).
6. Establish goals and provide vision for own finance team.
7. Lead analyst team to achieve operational and developmental goals.

1. 大学卒業資格（ファイナンス・アカウンティング関連学位）＋10年以上の関連業務経験、もしくはマスター資格＋7年以上の関連業務経験
2. 尚可：半導体またはハイテク製造業界での就業経験
3. 尚可：インターナショナルな環境での就業経験
4. 優れた英語力（筆記・会話）
5. 製造技術に関する理解
6. 優れた分析力、モデリング、システムスキル
7. 高いモチベーション、優れたコミュニケーションスキル、リーダーシップスキル
8. 高い付加価値を企業に対して提供した実績

1. A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with 10 years of related experience OR a masters degree plus 7 years of related experience.
2. Preferred experience in a semiconductor or high tech manufacturing environment preferred.
3. International experience preferred
4. Strong English written and oral skills
5. Understanding of manufacturing technology.
6. Strong analytical, modelling and system skills.
7. Self motivated, excellent communication skills and leadership skills
8. A demonstrated history of driving value-added contributions.
