部門のライン管理職への人事面からのサポート業務
◆ローカル・グローバル双方の人事制度、プロセスの導入と運用のサポート
◆人事的な問題把握、解決のサポート
◆人材育成のサポートと必要な場合のプログラム企画と実行
◆採用プロセスへの参画
◆各種レポートの作成と情報の管理
＊経験を考慮し、上記業務のいずれかを担当していただきます

Our client is offering a human resources position in a foreign-owned pharmaceutical company.
The successful candidate will support line management in various departments from an HR perspective.
◆Introducing and supporting the running of local and global human resources systems and processes
◆Understanding human resource-related problems and supporting the solution process
◆Supporting personnel development and, when necessary, planning and implementing HR-related programs
◆Taking part in planning of the recruitment process
◆Creating a variety of reports and information management
The successful candidate will be made responsible of one of the above duties after consideration of his/her experience.

◆３年以上の人事業務経験
◆コミュニケーション能力、企画力、実行力を有し、人と協力して仕事ができる方
◆TOEIC 600点以上のスキルがある方

◆At least 3 years’ practical experience in human resources
◆Communication and planning skills, ability to get things done and work in cooperation with others
◆TOEIC score of over 600 (or equivalent)
