
* Analyze project needs and activities.
* Manage the development and integration process.
* Manage internal and external product release.
* Coordinate all related internal and external customer activities.
* Commissioning of company’s contact center products.
* Work closely with Technical Project Manager in delivery of projects to the customer.
* Provide implementation services for all products used in contact center solutions.
* Assist with the planning, analysis, and design of implementation strategies for company’s products and services.
* Responsible for design, integration, implementation and testing.
* Responsible for communication between the different groups related to the project (R&D, installation, presales, product management and engineering).
* Experience in project management.
* Experience in R&D environment (experience in development is preferred).
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills - English is a must.
* Knowledge in one of the following areas Call Centers, Telecommunication, Databases and Web applications - an advantage.
* Experience of working with ACD, CTI server, predictive dialer and CRM is advantage.
* Knowledge of contact center systems and related integration.
* Ability to communicate with multi-cultural teams in other countries.
* Systems engineering experience.
* Strong data communications background (LAN/WAN experience, SNMP).
* Customer focused, experienced in dealing with banking and finance projects an advantage.
