Currently a new position has become available and there is an opening for a strong business Assistant Manager for Accounting to join this top level team.


Key Responsibilities

-Actual Closing
・ Monthly Closing process (US GAAP)
・ SGA Analysis (Selling, General Administrative expenses, costs often grouped on an income statement)
・ Depreciation calculation
・ Actual analysis against to Forecast
・ Balance Sheet reconciliation

- Forecast
・ SGA (Selling, General Administrative expenses, costs often grouped on an income statement) forecast/AOP (Annual Operating Plan)
・ B/S Forecast/AOP (Annual Operating Plan)

- Tax and Japan GAAP Reporting
・ US GAAP to Japan GAAP restatement
・ Property tax filing
・ Income Tax preparation assistance

Job rotation is planned after certain years experience within Finance/Accounting depending on the person’s career planning.

- 5 years experience in similar role in a retail company.
- BS/BA degree.
- Strong understanding of balance sheet accounting including J-GAAP
　and US-GAAP (preferred)
- Solid working proficiency of spreadsheet / database tools (e.g.,
　Excel)
- Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese
- SAP experience is plus
- Working experience for global company or accounting firm is plus.
