募集要項

Overall Objectives/Role Purpose:
1:Responsibility for accounting, reporting, financing, and taxation
of about SPC entities
2:Review monthly management reports for overseas offices and quarterly external investor reports for new off-shore vehicle
3:Review production of information for statutory financial reporting
4:Liaison with property and asset managers to ensure accuracy of accounts and assist with general accounting enquiries
5:Liaison with Finance division to ensure debt facilities are corectly administered, and are properly recorded in the accounts
6:Liaison with external advisors for preparation of required tax reports including reviewing the reports prepared for accuracy
7:Currency conversion and GAAP conversion (JGAAP to IFRS) for consolidation and reporting purposes

Required skill set:
1:Experience in accounting and financial/management reporting in both English and Japanese
2:Hands-on roll with minimum supervision
3:Strong PC skills
4:Experience in a financial or management reporting role with previous staff management necessary

Additional skill set:
・Knouledge of Japanose Tax and Offshore Tax
・Experience in accounting in fainancial or real estate industries
・Knowledge of IFRS,US GAAP,Chinese GAAP,Korea GAAP
