Our client’s Global Information & Communications Technology Department is responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investment transactions in Telecom, Media, and Technology. The department works closely with counterparts who provide policy-based assistance to member governments.

The Senior Investment Officer will develop regional and country strategies and develop new business in the Telecom, Media, and Technology sector. You will evaluate the attractiveness of specific transactions, structure and negotiate new deals, portfolio restructurings, reschedulings, capital increases and equity sales. You will provide leadership to project teams and foster excellent client relationships leading to repeat business. You will work closely with social, environmental and technical assistance experts to add value to clients’ businesses, to find pragmatic solutions to achieve a sustainable development impact and to address early on any social and environmental concerns.

This position will be based in Washington, D.C.

Our client is searching for professional with considerable experience in project finance including investment promotion and processing, preferably with an MBA or equivalent qualification. As part of this role will focus on Telecom, Media, and Technology project development, relevant experience in this field will be invaluable to any candidate interested in applying for this role.
