募集要項

Roles and Responsibility:

We are currently currently seeking a mid-level controller to cover the Principal Investment Business.

Preparing and reporting the daily profit and loss.
Understanding the businesses, the inherent risks, the systems used and the relevant processes.
Preparation of analysis and commentary on significant profit and loss items with reference to specific transactions and broader market fundamentals.
Preparation of deal and other management reports
Daily P&L attribution and validation of trading activity. Preparation and analysis of the monthly mark review process, and other financial reporting requirements.
Monthly reconciliation of the reported P&L to the Firm books and records.
Work closely with manager to improve efficiency by challenging processes and procedures and making suggestions for improvements Close interaction with the business unit, global controllers, and operations departments. T
he role will involve significant interaction with various other teams to ensure that all transactions are correctly captured in the Firm systems to enable correct calculations of the P&L, Risk, and Regulatory capital. The role will also require frequent interaction with the legal entity controller teams in Tokyo and Singapore.

スキル・資格

The business currently operates across several geographic markets within Asia. An ability to read & make decisions in both English & Japanese is required.
PC Skills: Excel: intermediate Access: basic
Accounting Knowledge: A basic knowledge of accounting is required (bookkeeping 3rd or 2nd level)
Products Knowledge: It would be preferable that the candidate have some knowledge of financial instruments such as bonds, equity and loans Experience: 2 to 3 years experience as product controller with a financial institution
