募集要項

A vacancy exists for an Analyst within the Equity Settlements team withthe following responsibilities:

Role and Responspibility:
Stock allocation and Cash payment for our clients.
Communicating with external counterparties for settlements instructiuons.
Communicating internally for inquiry to resolve unmatched transactions.
Ensures that the trades can be settled accurately.
Work closely with middle offices to avoid trade failure.

Key responsibilities include:
Scheduling tasks to ensure tight deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
Understanding the firm's various systems and interdependencies. Opportunities for the individual
The position has lots of opportunity to contact with various colleagues and BU in relation to the trades.
Good chance to learn the worldwide Equity business and regulations. Widen your knowledge in broad range of business areas through operational support for various business units including Investment Banking, Prime Brokerage, Institutional Equity Division, Securities Lending, and Private Wealth Management.
Lots of interactions with inside / outside Tokyo office
Lots of communication with IT for system related tasks and project works.
Good chance to brush up technical knowledge or PC skills as well. Widen your knowledge of IPO / PO business through operational support .

We’re looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals with good communication skills and who are team players.

スキル・資格

Native to near native Japanese speaker
Cantonese/Mandarin speaking abilities a plus.
1-2 years document handling experience, either in drafting or processing.
Experience in Fixed Income Derivatives a plus
Knowledge of the ISDA master agreement as well as ISDA definitions
Detail-oriented
Proven communication skills, especially over phone/via e-mail
Excellent time management skills
Proven people management skills
