募集要項

Main responsibilities:

- Day-to-day purchase / redemption and trade data (incl. foreign securities) input in T-Star system (acceptance, reconciliation, input)
- Day-to-day fund cash management (yen and foreign currencies)
- Corporate actions treatment (if necessary)
- Update of securities / portfolio evaluation
- NAV Delivery to distributors, ITA and media
- New fund launch preparation (fund data registration to T-Star, JASDEC and ITA, Operating Memorandum preparation for distributors)

スキル・資格

1) Experienced in T-Star (NRI's fund accounting system) operation
2) Experienced in handling foreign currency denominated securities (both of equities and bonds)
3) Enough PC skills on Word, Excel and Access
4) Enough English skill (writing and reading skill at least)
5) Experienced in trade reconciliation
6) Experienced in corporate actions related administration
7) Experienced in NAV distribution
8) Experienced in operations in case of fund launch, such as:
i) registration of fund information to T-Star, JASDEC (Japan Securities Depository Center, Inc.) and ITA (The Investment Trust Association, Japan),
ii) preparation of Operating Memorandum of new funds for distributors,
9) Experienced in formulating operation manuals
