Role and Requirements:
· To work as main contact person for internal/external audits including the risk review based on the SOX requirements and to co-ordinate this work across the other sub-departments within Operations efficiently
· To handle MIS and regulatory reporting
· To work with other department in/out of Operations to discuss the key issue etc
· To work with the Operation Control staff/manager of other region to reduce operational risk etc
· To review the procedure and make any changes for more efficiency and control enhancement

Experience Required:
· More than 5 yrs experience in the investment bank preferred but not mandatory
· JSDA Internal Administrator (NAIBU KANRI SEKININ-SHA) preferred
· PC skill to handle applications for daily work
· Good accounting knowledge preferred
· Native Japanese skill and good knowledge in English
