募集要項

-Supervision of junior accountants
-Review accounts prepared by junior accountants
-Coordinate with Investment Managers, Corporate Finance Managers, Fund Controllers and Treasurer to ensure deals are closed efficiently and in accordance with company policies
-Coordinate with Corporate Finance managers to ensure investment structures are set up timely and in accordance with tax and legal advice.
-Opening of domestic bank accounts
-Liaise with investment accounting service providers to ensure outsourced functions are set up and delivered on time, efficiently and satisfactorily
-Actively contribute to the continual streamlining of processes and procedures
-Participate in finance related projects as and when required
-Liaising with auditors and external tax professionals as part of annual audit and tax compliance
-Oversight of the quarterly reporting process
-Training and management of junior accountants

-ジュニアレベルの会計士の監督とトレーニング
-会社方針に従い効率的な取引が行われているかを確認する為の投資マネージャー、法人財務マネージャー、ファンドコントローラー、会計担当との調整
-投資ストラクチャーが時間通りに又、税務、法律規制に基づいて行われているかの確認の為の法人財務マネージャーとの調整
-委託業者作業が時間通りに効率的に十分に行われているかの確認の為の投資会計サービスプロバイダーとの連絡
-プロセスおよび手順の合理化
-ファイナンス関連のプロジェクトへの参加
-年次監査および税コンプライアンスにおける監査や外部税理士との連携
-四半期レポーティングプロセスの監視
 

スキル・資格

-Must have over 5 years accounting experience and good understanding on JGAAP and J tax, SPC accounting experience will be a plus
-Over 2 years management experience
-Japanese or overseas CPA will be a plus
-Audit experience will be a plus

-5年以上の会計の経験と日本会計原則、税務についての知識がある方、SPC会計の経験があれば尚可
-2年以上のマネージメント経験
-公認会計士、米国公認会計士の資格があれば尚可
-監査経験があれば尚可
