Software professionals with a desire to join an exciting and growing leader in Business Intelligence and CPM industries - skills for this company vary but a good understanding of some (not all) of the following is best:

Business Intelligence SW such as Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Cognos, Hyperion, Actuate, Microstrategy etc...

Databases: Oracle, Sybase SQL, OLAP and LDAP....

Programming Languages: C/C++ Java ASP XML....

Roles, Titles and compensation are dependent on your experience and ability - we consider people coming from internal Project Management and IT and also Pre-Sales, Implementation or Post-Sales technical.
