募集要項

- インターネット、その他広告媒体を利用した集客戦略の企画、立案、実施の
アシスト
- セミナー、イベントを利用した集客戦略の企画、立案、実施のアシスト
- 広告媒体のメインテナンス
- 雇用マーケットに関するリサーチ
- 集客につながるネットワークの確立
- 成約に結びつけるためのアカウントエグゼクティブおよびHRスペシャリスト
へのサポート等

- Strategically identify methods and places to recruit Candidates in a timely manner
- Track the number and type of Candidates brought in and placed in positions monthly
- Develop and implement new recruitment ideas that effectively and efficiently increase the number of marketable candidates
- Understand current market needs and trends
- Identify what attracts, motivates and retains Candidates to a Company
- Develop a network of Candidates in Japan
- Effectively communicate with Sales and Coordinators to present a “perfectly packaged ” Candidate that will result in a sale
- Attend trade functions, industry events and associations geared toward networking

スキル・資格

- インターネットマーケティング、広告媒体に関する知識、興味（実
務経験あればなお可）
- 高いコミュニケーションスキル（written and oral）
- ビジネスに通用するきちんとした日本語の文章作成能力
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint）のスキル
- IT・テクニカルに関する知識ある方、歓迎
- イベントプランニング、実施に関する知識および実務経験ある方、歓迎
