Business Unit Financial Controller required for Multi-National Top Tier Life Science company.

Financial Controller

Job description:

Franchise Business Financial Support (40 - 60%)

- Formulate business plan (budget) for the dept and
monthly/quarterly closing (Financial Updates）
- Compile mid-long term business plan for the dept
- Control compliance within the dept
- Grasp business situation and improve, report, and propose some
plans properly and timely.
- Grasp whole-company’s situation and give feedback
- Formulate recovery plan according to the business condition
- Steer the business plan, prioritize investment, achieve the
business plan by profit control/expenses/investment


Management Support (30-50%)

- Formulate the strategy for leaders of each depts. and give support
to assessment
- Challenge to top management as a part of strategic support
- Participate in HR system/organization reconstructing for the
franchise you will be in charge for, and give support to
administration control for the dept
- Control compliance and propose solutions by broad outlook


Project for the whole company (5%-15%)

- In charge of the whole company project
- Proactive actions to achieve the business plan for the whole
company

1. Must have exp in conducting all/a part of duties stated above
