- インタビューでのキャリアコンサルティングおよびスキルの評価
- クライエントにおけるオープンポジションと求職者とのマッチング
- アカウントエグゼクティブへの求職者のリコメンデーション　
- オープンポジションに対する求職者のサーチ
- その他アドミニストレーション業務等

- Screen potential candidates and set up interviews (pre-match before interview)
- Conduct interviews to evaluate skills and career objectives of candidate
- Qualify candidates and match with Client orders
- Database entry and tracking of Candidates
- Provide candidate information to Account Executives
- Set up Client interviews with Candidates
- Negotiate with Candidates regarding positions offered to them
- Analyze and track data

- IT・テクニカルに関する知識のある方、歓迎
- ITエンジニアとしての実務経験、IT業界での人事もしくはセールス経験ある方、歓迎
- 高いコミュニケーションスキル（written and oral）
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint）のスキル

- Human Resource skills
- IT Technical knowledge
