Division: M&A/ Transactional Services
Titles: Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, Director & Partner

Transactions cross border DD, the requirements:
-Accounting qualification
-3-8 years work experience and currently/recently working in an accounting firm, in M&A or as a financial analyst (with previous M&A or accounting experience)
-Some overseas education or work experience would be an advantage but not essential
-Strong decision making & leadership skills.
-Leading projects & teams experience is a benefit
-Knowledge of a third language would be an added benefit (but not a requirement)
-Results driven and passionate about being a leader in Japan’s leading financial advisory service
