金融・流通・製造業を中心とした企業のアプリケーション開発プロジェクトにSEとして参画。直請けのプロジェクトがほとんどです。要件定義から基本設計までの上流工程を担当していただきます。開発はインドで行うオフショア開発を行っていますので、インドのエンジニアと連絡をとり、英語スキルを生かしたグローバルなお仕事をしていただきます。これから上流工程にステップアップしたい、オフショア開発に興味がある、英語スキルを活かしたいエンジニアを歓迎します。

必要スキル
- Java, JSP, EJB, J2EEスキルまたはASP .NET, VB .NET, C#, C, Cobolスキルと要件分析・設計の経験。
- チームリーダー経験がある方歓迎。
- 第二新卒（PG経験1年以上）の方歓迎。
- ビジネスレベルの英語スキル。
