·エンドユーザー向け開発案件に関わる提案業務から、システム導入構築におけるプロジェクト管理全般。要件定義、業務分析・システム設計だけでなく、関連各社との折衝業務、納品に至るまでの一連の業務について幅広く担当。
·サービスにおける品質管理（QA）や案件のリソース、収支等などの管理業務なども含まれます。

·Capture the end-to-end business process flow and produce business requirements documents including context diagrams, use case descriptions, logical data models, etc.
·Work with Business Users to priorities requirements and incorporate these into the business requirements documentation.
·Translate the business requirements into functional specifications, capturing user interactions, and interface specifications.
·Assist the IT Lead in understanding the business requirements and functional specifications.
·Work with business users to develop test cases and ensure their accuracy and completeness in terms of the business requirements.
·Work with the Test Lead to create test conditions based on test cases and functional specifications.
·Ensuring delivering the project within the budget defined and specific time-line.
·Must anticipate and catch deviations from a plan or schedule early and keep all participants and stakeholders informed.
·Project Manager should identify where and when management of issues and risks or accommodating altered requirements will involve extra time or extra resources and where efficiencies can be made.
·Provide functional expertise and support to the business users during testing phases.
·Travel to the Australia as necessary for global system implementation

-Communicate with Business Analysts working on other projects (Japanese and English) to identify inter-project dependencies and seek synergies where applicable. (Recommended)
- Communicate with Global Project Team members to explain the Japan processes and enable Global understanding of Japan-specific requirements. (Recommended)

·Versatile and quick to learn, with the ability to maintain flexible in terms of both the approach and the desired results. When working with others, picks up on subtle behavioral clues and adapts own style / approach accordingly. (Recommended.)
